SocietyOnWeb is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by NuestroTec for managing residential societies and apartment communities.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring information entered is accurate
• All activities performed using their account

Society administrators are responsible for:

• Maintaining member information
• Managing user permissions
• Verifying financial data
• Ensuring compliance with society regulations

All society data entered into SocietyOnWeb remains the property of the respective society.

NuestroTec does not claim ownership of customer data.

We respect your privacy.

Personal information is used only for providing the services requested and is never sold to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted communication
• Secure authentication
• Regular backups
• Access control
• Continuous monitoring

However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Services are provided according to the selected subscription plan.

Failure to renew subscriptions may result in suspension of service.

Subscription fees are payable in advance.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to provide 99.9% service availability.

Scheduled maintenance may occasionally interrupt service.

Advance notice will be provided whenever practical.

Users shall not:

The software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NuestroTec.

SocietyOnWeb shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Indirect damages
• Data loss resulting from user negligence
• Internet connectivity issues beyond our control

Certain features may integrate with external providers including:

• Email services
• SMS gateways
• Payment gateways
• Cloud storage providers

Their services are governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse the platform
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon request and subject to account status, societies may export their data in supported formats before account closure.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
